CraftFlow is a project management platform designed for custom furniture makers. The service allows users to create and track furniture projects, manage client relations, upload media, track finances, and maintain a public portfolio.

CraftFlow is currently provided as a free service. The service is offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CraftFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CraftFlow, its owners, operators, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to CraftFlow. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical data.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
